Neil’s notable assignments include: 

• Advisor to KSA Ministry of Finance on the restructuring of its investments in a large Real Estate/Development organization in a key tourist area and an aircraft fit out manufacturer. 
• Advising Government of Dubai during the GFC on the financial restructuring of Dubai World and the operational and financial restructuring of portfolio companies. 
• Led a global oil field services business as Chief Restructuring Officer to implement a cost reduction and cash generation plan, improving EBITDA by AUD10.4m in a 6-month period. 
• Appointed Interim CEO of a joint venture mining company in Asia, by two multinational miners, to lead the business, reduce costs, and wind down to a care-and-maintenance state while pursuing litigation. 
• Advising a mining services business on a refinancing and debt for equity swap, managing cash flow, and improving financial reporting. 
• Developing and implementing a turnaround and exit plan by taking a CFO role at Halo Food Co Limited, an ASX listed food, health, and digital business. 

Neil carries the ACA (Chartered Accountant qualification) as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He holds a Master of Engineering with French degree from the University of Nottingham including a year at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Toulouse (INSA Toulouse).
