Daniella Divito is a Managing Director and Chief of Staff with Alvarez & Marsal Tax in New York. Ms. Divito plays a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives, oversees internal and external communications for the Global Head of Tax, and acts as a trusted advisor to the broader global executive team.

Ms. Divito is primarily focused on executive communications, global expansion, strategic partnerships, and aligning Tax’s goals with operational activities.

With nearly 15 years at A&M, she has served in operations leadership positions in both the Tax and Corporate Performance Improvement practices.  Throughout her tenure, she has built sustainable platforms for new lines of business, scaled existing businesses, fostered cross-functional collaboration, and established market pursuit plans to grow and retain the client base. She has extensive experience working with diverse leaders, communicating and curating content, and bringing key stakeholders together during times of change.

Ms. Divito began her career supporting the CEO of Phoenix Group, a private equity firm focused on restructuring small, publicly traded companies. Prior to A&M, she was the Director of Marketing & Operations at Synergy Life Brokerage.

Ms. Divito earned a bachelor’s degree in international political science and journalism from New York University.

Effective July 31, 2026, the additional Section 232 tariff on patented pharmaceuticals that are products of the United Kingdom was reduced from 10% to zero (heading 9903.04.63), implementing the U.S.–UK Pharmaceutical Pricing Arrangement. Because UK patented pharmaceuticals remain subject to Section 232 (at a 0% rate), they also fall within the Section 232 carve-out from the new Section 301 forced labor tariffs — so qualifying UK patented product should face no additional duty under either regime.
