Seth Bullock
Mr. Bullock advises distressed companies, lenders, and creditors on both in-court and out-of-court restructurings and turnarounds. His primary areas of concentration are restructuring, interim management, business plan and strategy development, liquidity management, capital raising, and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
With more than 25 years of restructuring and distressed investment experience, Mr. Bullock has extensive experience across the energy spectrum, including: renewable power; biofuels; engineering, procurement, and construction; refining/terminals; exploration and production; oilfield service; and midstream.
Notably, Mr. Bullock has served as Chief Restructuring Officer of Vertex Energy, Limetree Bay Terminals, Titan Energy, Maverick Natural Resources, and Penn Virginia Operating Co.; as financial advisor to Sunnova International, Pine Gate Renewables, Blue Ridge Power, Global Clean Energy Holdings, McDermott International, California Resources Corporation, Whiting Petroleum, Extraction Oil & Gas, and Weatherford International; as interim CEO of Bonanza Creek Energy; and as interim Chief Financial Officer of SiO2 Medical Products, Par Petroleum, Platinum Energy Solutions, and SureFire Industries.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bullock spent three years with Conway MacKenzie in Houston, most recently serving as a Managing Director. Previously, he spent 10 years working in investment funds associated with Koch Industries and Kenmont Investments, where he focused on distressed, high-yield, and investment-grade credits in the energy, power, and transportation sectors. Mr. Bullock started his career in the Global Energy Corporate Finance and Financial Valuation Services groups at Arthur Andersen.
Mr. Bullock earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Loyola University, New Orleans. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and a member of the Turnaround Management Association.
