With more than 25 years of experience serving as a Senior Executive in various professional services roles, his clients have included mid-sized to large companies in retail, insurance, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, high tech and financial services. For issues such as global growth, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), cost management, workforce performance, HR systems and executive rewards, Mr. Souder brings deep understanding of the senior officer agenda and introduces an integrated team of experts who offer concrete and creative solutions for top and bottom line improvement.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Souder served as a Vice President with Xerox’s HR Services division, focusing on private corporate health exchange. Previously, he held Client Solution Leader roles with Aetna and CIGNA for nearly six years. He also served as a Principal with Hewitt Associates, leading revenue growth of healthcare, retirement, executive pay and benefits and HR effectiveness in the Southeast. Mr. Souder began his career at Arthur Andersen and spent 15 years as an Executive in the Southeast working with the business consulting, tax, human capital and advisory practices.

Mr. Souder earned a BBA from the University of South Florida. He is a member of the Council on Employee of Benefits and served as Chair of The American Cancer Society Corporate Leadership Council for five years.
