Hugh Rowan-Legg

Mr. Rowan-Legg has successfully advised more than 100 clients in accessing debt capital markets and undertaking divestiture processes. He has advised management teams, boards, lenders and shareholders on a wide variety of transactions to facilitate acquisitions, divestitures, financings and restructurings.
Mr. Rowan-Legg has served both private and publicly listed clients in Canada, the U.S. and Europe in various industries, including manufacturing, energy, chemicals, retail, forestry products, transportation, mining and construction.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Rowan-Legg was a Vice President at GE Capital’s corporate lending group in Toronto, where he specialized in originating and structuring debt transactions for large Canadian companies.
Mr. Rowan-Legg earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McGill University. He and is a CFA charter holder.
