Geoffrey Pollak

Mr. Pollak has led major transformations and global projects across SG&A, operations, strategic sourcing and supply chains in consumer priced goods (CPG), industrial and retail companies.
Recently, Mr. Pollak was the lead partner supporting the two-year transformation and sale of a $4 billion global industrial company focused on strategic customer alignment, G&A cost reduction, working capital improvement and supply chain end to end processes including acting as interim CPO. This transformation led to +$100M in cost reduction and $100M in working capital improvement as well as supporting the creation of $1 billion in enterprise value.
Mr. Pollak has led the strategic planning and development of the North American supply chain of a $15 billion medical distribution division across service delivery, operating model, network design, logistics and planning. This includes delayed acquisition integration. In addition to a new strategic and aligned roadmap, over $150 million in cost savings opportunities were identified, prioritized and planned.
At a +$20 billion major packaging and CPG company, Mr. Pollak led multiple projects including business unit supply chain transformation, center-led group analytics creation and setup, business unit workflow and consolidation, as well as tensioning and resourcing of strategic sourcing across some of their largest categories.
He also helped an $11 billion aluminum product client create, develop and implement a new global supply chain playbook. Mr. Pollak also led the European supply chain as Interim head. He has led significant working capital projects and global strategic sourcing projects including logistics and chemicals and coatings. He continues to serve as an advisor to the company.
Prior to A&M, Mr. Pollak held various leadership positions at AB Electrolux These positions were focused on solving critical to customer and shareholder issues across strategic sourcing, sales, supply chain and operations. Previously, Mr. Pollak was COO of a startup consumer electronics firm, where he scaled the operations of a high growth company from $130 million to $1 billion in sales in 18 months.
Mr. Pollak earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
