On November 30, 2022, Manitoba Clinic Medical Corporation and The Manitoba Clinic Holding Co. Ltd. (collectively, the "Companies") were granted an initial order (the “Initial Order”) by the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba (the “Court”) under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, RSC 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the “CCAA”). On December 1, 2022, the Court granted the Companies an order (the “Amended and Restated Initial Order”) under the CCAA. 

The Initial Order and the Amended and Restated Initial Order were granted by the Honourable Mr. Justice Kroft of the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba. Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed pursuant to the CCAA as monitor (the “Monitor”), with enhanced powers, of the business and financial affairs of the Companies.
