On February 26, 2024 by order of the Honourable Justice M.H. Hollins (the “Receivership Order”) of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”), Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. (“A&M”) was appointed as the receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of AMC&F Properties Ltd. and Lyncorp Manufacturing Ltd. (collectively, the “Companies”) and their current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof (the “Property”).

On October 8, 2024, AMC&F Properties Ltd. and Lyncorp Manufacturing Ltd. (collectively, the “Companies”) were assigned into bankruptcy by the Receiver as permitted pursuant to the Receivership Amending Order and pursuant to s.49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”). Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. (“A&M”) was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee (the “Trustee”) of the Companies by the Official Receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the trustee’s appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors of the Company. Companies are now considered bankrupt entities.
