On July 20, 2022, Links of London (Canada) Limited (the “Company”), filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (the “NOI”) pursuant to section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”) and Alvarez and Marsal Canada Inc. (“A&M”) was named as the Proposal Trustee.

An application will be made to the (Ontario) Superior Court of Justice - Commercial List, on the 20th day of September, 2022, at 9:30 A.M. EST, to approve the proposal of Links of London (Canada) Limited, accepted by the creditors at a meeting held on the 1st day of September, 2022.
