On April 17, 2026, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, RSC 1985, c. B-3 (the “BIA”), whereby Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of IGY Immune Technologies & Life Sciences Inc., IGY Life Sciences Manufacturing Inc. and IGY Life Sciences USA, Inc. (collectively, “IGY” or the “Companies”), without security, of all of the Companies’ current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof (the “Property”). 

The Companies are in the biomedical field, developing and commercializing the novelty IGY antibody, for improvements in healthcare, food nutrition and agriculture.
