The group will be led and built by Preston Parker, KPMG’s former Global Head of Deal Advisory and Strategy Integration & Separation practice, along with five additional senior deal advisers from KPMG.
A&M Co-Founder Bryan Marsal was featured, discussing the opportune time for the firm to seize on pain points facing competitors and the team's recruitment ambitions. The practice aims to hire hundreds of partners and staff over the next five years.

The launch of CTG and rapid team expansion strategically prepare A&M's M&A services for an anticipated market recovery by 2025.
“We have a belief that the transaction markets [will] come back strong in the calendar year 2025, and we’re going to be ready to go and ready to rock,” Mr. Parker said.
