A&M Global Transaction Advisory Group's Managing Director Jonathan Nus was one of nine new members recently appointed to the Financial Accounting Standards Advisory Council (FASAC). As a member of FASAC, Jonathan will advise the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) on strategic and technical issues, project priorities and other matters that affect US GAAP standard setting.
The FASB establishes financial accounting and reporting standards for public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations in the United States. Jonathan will join a diverse group of senior executives and business leaders from varied professional backgrounds focused on the integrity of full and complete financial reporting and disclosures.
