London – 1st February 2024 – Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has strengthened its tax advisory offering with the appointment of Victoria Price as a Managing Director, to lead the firm’s Private Capital offering for entrepreneurs in the UK.

Ms. Price brings two decades of experience in providing comprehensive tailored tax services and a proven track record of building and growing businesses within the UK and across EMEIA both organically and through acquisition. 

Prior to joining A&M, she was the EMEIA Private Tax Leader at EY, responsible for driving tax strategy across the region and bringing innovative solutions to private clients, in particular, high net worth individuals, trusts, funds, family offices, and privately-owned companies. Before this, Ms. Price led the UK&I EY Private Tax practice, during which the team experienced substantial growth, both in terms of size and revenue, with the practice broadening the range of tax services it provided to clients.

A&M Tax Private Capital practice leverages the firm’s current service offerings to create a holistic solution that supports clients throughout the entire lifecycle of ultra-high net worth individuals and their businesses. Under Ms. Price’s leadership, the team will focus on various key areas, including entrepreneur-related taxes (both shareholder and corporate), sell-side tax work, post-transaction work, management taxes, and family wealth.
