PARIS – February 6, 2020Alvarez & Marsal ("A&M"), a leading global professional services company, continues to grow in France and to strengthen its Global Transaction Advisory Group (TAG) team with the appointment of Ghislain de Seze (Managing Director), Violaine Saint Romas (Senior Director), Kossi Aglamey-Pap (Senior Director), and Louis Darrieus (Director) in Paris. Joining existing A&M France Managing Directors, Jonathan Gibbons, Guillaume Martinez, Frédéric Steiner and Donatien Chenu, these new hires reflect A&M France’s commitment to meet evolving market demands with professionals that drive value for clients.

Recently, A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group has grown in France and expanded into the Nordics and Switzerland, with the firm’s integrated model and leadership, action-oriented approach delivering value across the transaction lifecycle for private equity funds and corporate clients.

Mr. de Seze has over 20 years of experience in transaction services within the 'Big 4'. Additionally, he has been involved in more than 100 transactions across North America, Africa, Asia and Europe, including France. Mr. de Seze specialises in advising private equity firms investing in large, mid and small cap transactions, as well as serving large corporate clients with an international focus.

Ms. Saint Romas has over 13 years of experience in both ‘Big 4’ transaction advisory services and corporate M&A roles. She has worked for both larger European corporate players and private equity clients across various industries, including automotive, chemicals and media. She will work with A&M’s Global TAG clients on the development of divestment strategies related to vendor assistance, separation, and carve-out workstreams.

Mr. Aglamey-Pap brings more than 13 years of ‘Big 4’ experience in transaction services engagements for both private equity and strategic clients with an international focus. He will be involved in the development of the Belgian market at A&M. He will also support and advise clients on cross-border projects involving Europe-Africa and Europe-Latam, in conjunction with TAG teams in Europe and South America.

Mr. Darrieus has over nine years of experience in professional services within the financial services sector, including in audit, M&A and transaction services for both corporate and private equity clients. He will focus on working with A&M’s Global TAG clients on financial services deals, a sector with strong and growing demand in France and throughout Europe.
