Ms. Findley brings decades of compliance and regulatory experience across diverse sectors of the healthcare industry.

Ms. Findley has 30 years of healthcare experience with nearly 20 years as a Chief Compliance Officer. She has worked closely with governing boards and senior management to develop and operate comprehensive and effective compliance and ethics programs within complex healthcare environments. Most recently, Ms. Findley served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer at Parkland Health & Hospital System in Dallas. There she led the successful fulfillment of all requirements of a five-year Corporate Integrity Agreement with the Office of Inspector General, including management of a billing independent review organization and quality review organization with extensive annual and ongoing review and reporting requirements. Prior to Parkland, Ms. Findley was the Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at Baylor Health Care System (now Baylor Scott and White Health) in Dallas/Ft. Worth.
