Mr. Ganguli joined A&M as a Director and has spent over two years building and expanding its presence in the healthcare and education sectors.

Mr. Ganguli brings more than 15 years of experience in consulting and industry with his healthcare domain expertise spanning healthcare services, life sciences, health education, health IT, medical equipment, health insurance etc. In the new role, Mr. Ganguli will be responsible for commercial and operations diligence, performance improvement, market entry strategy, market assessment and business plan in the healthcare and education domains. During his tenure with the firm, he has advised on 50+ companies across the healthcare value chain, spanning hospitals, single specialty models, primary care, health IT, health education, medical equipment, medical devices and health insurance. Mr. Ganguli will continue to report to Mr. Manish Saigal, Managing Director, Corporate Solutions Group, Alvarez & Marsal.
