Dubai – Leading global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) has promoted James Daniell to the role of Managing Director in A&M’s Disputes and Investigations practice in Dubai. His promotion comes on the back of continued growth for A&M in the Middle East, as it further establishes its reputation and commitment to its clients in the region.

With more than 12 years of experience  in financial investigations and dispute advisory services, Mr. Daniell specializes in fraud and corruption investigations, financial crime compliance, asset recovery and investigative due diligence. He has spent 10 years working in the Middle East and Central Asia and in close collaboration with corporate counsel, financial institutions and government and regulatory agencies.

Mr. Daniell earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Spanish from the University of Leeds. He is a CFA charter holder and a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist.
