On February 6, 2014, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) whereby Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. (“A&M”) was appointed receiver (the “Receiver”) of Do All Industries Ltd. and P&O Assets Ltd. (the “Do All Group”).  Established in 2000, Do All was a market leader in the production of drilling rig equipment and complete turn-key drilling rig packages for the oil and gas industry in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and North Dakota.
 
Pursuant to the Receivership Order, the Receiver is appointed over all of the Do All Group’s current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situated, including all proceeds thereof.

On February 26, 2014, upon a creditor application, a bankruptcy order was issued against Do All Industries Ltd. pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed as Trustee in bankruptcy by the Official Receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Company at the first meeting of creditors held on March 26, 2014.
