On March 11, 2026, pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the “Receivership Order”), Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) without security, of all of the assets, undertakings and property of Centra Limited Partnership, 1119356 B.C. Ltd., and 1138624 B.C. Ltd. (collectively, the “Debtors”) acquired for, or used in relation to a business carried on by the Debtors.
