Disclosure Statement Order
On September 15, 2025, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court entered an order, among other things, approving procedures for solicitation of votes on the Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Yellow Corporation and its Debtor Affiliates Pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code Proposed by the Debtors and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors. A copy of the disclosure statement order is available here.
The voting deadline in respect of the plan is October 29, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time.
The confirmation hearing before the U.S. Bankruptcy court is schedule for November 12, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing Eastern Time.

On August 6, 2023, Yellow Corporation and its subsidiaries and affiliates (listed below and collectively, the “Chapter 11 Debtors”) each filed petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware seeking relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code (the “Chapter 11 Proceedings”).
In connection with the Chapter 11 Proceedings, Yellow Corporation was appointed to act as a foreign representative (in such capacity, the “Foreign Representative”) of YRC Freight Canada Company (“YRC Freight Canada”), YRC Logistics Inc. (“YRC Logistics”), USF Holland International Sales Corporation (“USF”) and 1105481 Ontario Inc. (“1105481”) (collectively, the “Canadian Debtors” and each a “Canadian Debtor”) for relief pursuant to Part IV of the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the “CCAA”) and Section 106 of the Courts of Justice Act, RSO 1990, as amended (the “CJA”).
On August 29, 2023, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) granted the Initial Recognition Order and a Supplemental Order (Foreign Main Proceeding) (collectively, the “Recognition Orders”), which among other things, provides for a stay of proceedings for the Canadian Debtors pursuant to the CCAA.
