On May 6, 2026, Warehouse One Clothing Ltd. (the “Applicant”) made an application to the Court of King’s Bench of Manitoba (the “Court”) and was granted an order (the “Initial Order”), which, among other things, provides for a stay of proceedings pursuant to the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. C-36, as amended (the “CCAA”).

Pursuant to the Initial Order, Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. was appointed as monitor (the “Monitor”) of the business and financial affairs of the Applicant.

Be advised that Gift Cards, Returns & Exchanges and the ‘Perks’ program will be honoured through May 13, 2026. After May 13, 2026 all sales are final.

On May 15, 2026, the Applicant will seek authorization from the Court to commence an orderly liquidation and closure of its retail store locations during the CCAA Proceedings.
