Effective March 17, 2026, the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta (the “Court”) granted a receivership order (the “Order”), whereby Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. (“A&M”) was appointed receiver and manager (the “Receiver”) of Energera Inc., Energera International Inc., Energera America Inc., and Sandtinel LLC (collectively, the “Energera Group” or the “Companies”), without security, of all the Companies’ current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof (collectively, the “Property”).
