On November 19, 2021, the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta granted an Order (the “Referee Order”) pursuant to section 218 (c) of the Alberta Business Corporations Act, RSA 2000, B-9 and Rules 6.44 to 6.46 of the Alberta Rules of Court, Alta Reg 124/2010, whereby Alvarez & Marsal Canada Inc. is hereby appointed Referee, without security, of all of the Debtor's current and future assets, undertakings and properties of every nature and kind whatsoever, and wherever situate, including all proceeds thereof. The Referee Order became effective at 12:00pm on November 26, 2021.
