In honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month, A&M hosted a series of events and initiatives across our global locations to celebrate our female colleagues and explore how we can inspire inclusion in the workplace and beyond. Find out more below about some of our networking events, panel discussions, workshops, employee features, sports challenges, and how some of our offices are supporting women in the community through donating workwear, hosting NGO bazaars with women-centric businesses, and sports fundraisers for women’s charities.

Throughout the year our global women’s employee resource groups inspire inclusion and advocate for gender equality in the workplace by celebrating the achievements of our female colleagues, providing resources and workshops to promote personal and professional development, and providing a supportive network to empower women to advance their careers.
