Zachary Richter
Mr. Richter’s experience primarily includes analyzing quality of earnings and net working capital, as well as identifying key deal considerations that could affect purchase price. He also assists clients with performing financial data analyses, reviewing purchase and sale agreements, and advising on post-closing net working capital matters.
Mr. Richter has led a variety of transactions, from privately held, family-operated businesses in the lower-middle market to private equity–sponsored and public companies in the upper-middle market, including complex carve-outs and multiple add-on acquisitions. He has extensive knowledge across a range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail, and business and professional services.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Richter was an Associate with PwC’s Assurance practice in New York, where he primarily provided audit services to public and private clients in the financial services industry.
Mr. Richter earned a BBA (concentration in accounting and finance) from the Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the states of Georgia and New York.
