Will Sammons

At A&M, Mr. Sammons has focused exclusively on the wealth and asset management industry. He has a blend of strategy, operations, and execution experience that enables him to drive alignment across organizations and deliver pragmatic advice. He has delivered numerous mandates for clients, focused on enhancing investment and operations performance, increasing revenue, driving cost transformation and change, and performing due diligence.
Mr. Sammons has led multiple programs that have delivered top-line and bottom-line results, including: helping a global asset manager double the assets under management (AuM) of its fixed income platform; supporting an asset owner to reduce its investment operations cost base by $100m; facilitating a traditional asset manager’s rapid expansion into private markets to double its private capital AuM; helping a global insurance-linked asset manager develop and deliver a transformation worth several hundred million dollars to stimulate third-party AuM growth; and supporting multiple billion-dollar acquisition and integration programs.
Before A&M, Mr. Sammons was a Partner at PwC Strategy&, where he focused on the investment management industry. He previously held roles at Alpha FMC, Sapient Global Markets, and State Street.
Mr. Sammons earned dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and Asian studies from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
