William Jackson
Mr. Jackson brings more than 14 years of public accounting and consulting experience. He provides both buy- and sell-side financial due diligence and other transaction advisory services to private equity and corporate clients, primarily within the software and technology sector. His transaction experience ranges from lower- and middle-market acquisition targets to billion-dollar, cross-border transactions.
Mr. Jackson has worked with clients on a number of transaction-related matters, including analysis of recurring revenue, EBITDA, and cash flow; formulation and analysis of pro forma EBITDA; identification of value opportunities and deal breakers; general analysis of financial statements; constructing deal-based carve-out financial statements; and analysis of working capital and capital expenditure requirements. Additionally, he has extensive experience in advising on sale and purchase agreements and purchase price mechanisms.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jackson worked as a Senior Manager with Deloitte’s Transaction Advisory Group. He started his career as an auditor with EY.
Mr. Jackson earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Bryant University, Rhode Island and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Massachusetts.
