She has deep expertise in enterprise transformation, talent strategy, organizational strategy, and operating model design. Ms. Johnson specializes in tech-enabled transformations, human capital optimization, M&A integration, and organizational change management. Her work emphasizes aligning leadership, strategy, and operations to achieve measurable business outcomes while addressing the evolving needs of organizations in complex industries.

Prior to A&M, Ms. Johnson was a Managing Director with Deloitte, advising Fortune 500 financial services organizations on enterprise transformation, organizational design, and leadership effectiveness. She was a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite and board leaders, helping them define and operationalize long-term strategies across people, process, and technology. Before that, Ms. Johnson served as Managing Director with Raines International, where she led the InsurTech and FinTech and Business Services practices and founded CapitELLE, an initiative dedicated to elevating women in financial technology leadership. Earlier in her career, as cofounder and Chief Strategy and Operations Officer of ChekMarc, she helped build and scale a global social networking platform from concept to international launch in under a year.

Ms. Johnson’s career also includes senior leadership roles at Russell Reynolds Associates and PwC, where she spearheaded large-scale transformation efforts, built multimillion-dollar practices, and led teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. Ms. Johnson began her career at Merrill Lynch and BBVA Compass, grounding her leadership in financial acumen and relationship management.

Ms. Johnson earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Trinity University, San Antonio, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. A former board advisor and active mentor, she remains committed to advancing diversity, inclusion, and empowerment across industries and communities.
