With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. Nascimento has worked on 100+ transactions. His notable assignments include deals with large private equity and sovereign funds, including L Catterton, Mubadala, portfolio companies of Warburg Pincus, and General Atlantic.

Mr. Nascimento has worked with clients across various industries, including healthcare, consumer products and services, and technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Nascimento spent five years with EY’s Transaction Advisory Group in São Paulo, serving most recently as Manager. He also worked with Siemens Controlling and Finance Assurance practice leading several engagements, including internal audits, business and project reviews, process optimization, fraud prevention, and forensics.

Mr. Nascimento earned a BBA from Escolar Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) and a bachelor’s degree in public accounting from Fundação Escola de Comércio Álvares Penteado (FECAP). He is a certified public accountant (CRC) in Brazil. A native Portuguese speaker, Mr. Nascimento is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
