Mr. Pedrosa specializes in advising lenders and corporates on restructuring situations and negotiating with stakeholders, creditors and lenders. He has worked with clients in various industries, including manufacturing, media and retail.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Pedrosa spent nine years with EY, serving most recently as Head of the Barcelona Restructuring practice. He led and coordinated the debtor and creditor advisory group and held debt advisory and CRA roles. One of his most significant mandates involved stabilising the debt structure and raising new debt for a Spanish strategic transport company. 

Previously, Mr. Pedrosa worked with PwC in transaction advisory and restructuring, and with Deloitte in audit.

Mr. Pedrosa earned a degree in business administration and management (finance specialization) from ESADE. He has spoken at ESADE business schools.
