Victor Hsu is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal in New York and a member of A&M Crypto, a division focused on advising the crypto industry. He specializes in institutional and corporate transformation, strategy execution, and financial and operational advisory, helping organizations improve performance, navigate transitions, and scale effectively.

With more than 15 years of experience across diverse industries, including the digital asset sector, Mr. Hsu brings a balanced financial and operational perspective to enterprise-level change. He advises clients on operating model design, financial assessment, FP&A, liquidity and working capital optimization, organizational alignment, and value-creation planning. He partners closely with management teams, boards, and investors, and has supported execution through interim leadership roles.

Mr. Hsu’s notable work includes directing an enterprise transformation and integration initiative for a multibillion-dollar logistics company; supporting a value-maximizing sales effort that generated more than $2 billion in net proceeds; developing the financial and operational framework for a renewable energy business; and conducting business plan assessments to inform capital raising, strategic positioning, and performance improvement decisions across sectors.

Within A&M’s Crypto practice, Mr. Hsu supports digital asset organizations with financial and operational analysis, strategic planning, and enterprise transformation. His experience includes overseeing a multibillion-dollar digital asset and crypto venture portfolios, as well as advising clients as they navigate a rapidly evolving market and regulatory environment.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hsu served as a Director at Loughlin Management Partners + Co. Previously, he worked in PwC’s Transaction Services and Advisory practices. His background includes interim executive roles, operational turnarounds, enterprise valuations, financial modeling, and analytical investigations.

Mr. Hsu earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Rutgers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Turnaround Management Association.
