With more than 20 years of tax advisory experience, Ms. Santini's primary areas of focus are tax due diligence, extraordinary transactions, international tax structuring, and M&A tax integration. She has advised on complex national and cross-border transactions, providing strategic guidance on tax structuring and integration for leading corporations and private equity clients. 

Ms. Santini’s notable assignments include advising multinational clients on inbound and outbound investments, overseeing tax due diligence for large M&A transactions, and leading post-deal tax integration projects.  

Previously, Ms. Santini spent over 15 years with Studio Tributario e Societario (STS) Deloitte in various senior roles, most notably holding a leadership position within Tax. During her tenure, she also served as Client Service Executive for the Italy desk in New York, supporting clients with cross-border needs and transactions. She also served as M&A Tax Service Line Leader for STS Deloitte, where she led multidisciplinary teams on high-profile transactions across various industries, including industrial, consumer, and financial services. 

Ms. Santini earned a BBA from Bocconi University in Milan.
