With more than 30 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround and special situations investment, Mr. Jack works with management teams, shareholders, lenders and other stakeholders to protect and maximise value, drive profitable growth and enhance employment and investment prospects. 

Mr. Jack’s focus includes lender advisory and company-side roles, working alongside management to stabilise cash, drive a turnaround and deliver balance sheet or organisational restructuring. This also encompasses the ability to take board appointments as a Chief Restructuring Officer. His work on value creation includes working with private equity firms, other funders and management teams to support the delivery of follow-on acquisitions, business integration, governance improvement and exit preparedness. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jack was a Partner at a special situations private equity firm, Endless LLP, for seven years, where he was head of the Manchester office. He led investments across a range of sectors, taking board positions to work alongside management teams to drive turnarounds and value creation. This followed over 20 years as a restructuring advisor, including 10 years as a Partner at EY, where he was Head of Regions for EY’s UKI Restructuring practice. 

Mr. Jack earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial economics from the University of  Nottingham. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and a licensed insolvency practitioner.
