Thierry Halbroth is a Senior Director with A&M Performance Improvement in Hong Kong, China. 

Mr. Halbroth leads creative and customer services across Asia, helping clients differentiate, design innovative customer-centric solutions, and develop fit-for-purpose value propositions to optimize costs and accelerate growth. He specializes in applying a customer lens to pricing and revenue strategies, co-creating breakthrough value through collaborative design and prototyping, and embedding capabilities for sustained innovation. With over 30 years of experience in brand and marketing, communication, design, and customer engagement, Mr. Halbroth has built a reputation for driving strategic thinking and creative ideation to solve complex business challenges, partnering with leading organizations across financial services, luxury, aviation, automotive, and dot-coms. 

Mr. Halbroth’s notable client engagements include defining a global bank’s Asian wealth proposition and go-to-market strategy, creating a five-year strategic vision for young millennials, and facilitating a leading insurance’s C-suite alignment on a customer-first operational transformation roadmap. He has also led initiatives for a leading luxury jewelry brand to articulate a glocalized customer-centric vision for flagship experiences in Japan and has conducted leadership workshops for some of the world’s most recognized brands.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Halbroth was a Partner at EY, where he helped launch EY wavespace—recognized as Mumbrella’s “Asia–Pacific Consulting Team of the Year”—and developed global design methodologies to enable future-ready transformation. He was honored with EY’s Asia–Pacific innovation award as “Greater China’s Ideator” for his contributions to innovation leadership.

Prior to EY, Mr. Halbroth held senior creative leadership roles at Publicis Groupe, McCann, and M&C Saatchi. At McCann, he served eight years as Global Digital and Creative Lead for Cathay Pacific Airways and two years as a member of the Commonwealth//McCann global executive leadership team as Asia–Pacific Creative Lead for Chevrolet. Earlier in his career, he worked with leading sportswear and lifestyle brands in France and design and marketing firms in Singapore and Sydney.

Mr. Halbroth has contributed as a guest lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and has earned global recognition with more than 100 industry awards. A native French speaker, he is also fluent in English.
