With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, Mr. Fourcade has led debt and equity transactions with local and international investors. He has also helped governments from emerging and frontier economies design and implement economic and financial policies such as privatization programs, infrastructure development plans, financial sector support and sectoral funding schemes.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Fourcade spent seven years within the Sovereign Advisory team of Rothschild & Co in Paris, serving most recently as Managing Director and spearheading the firm’s development in emerging and frontier markets.

Mr. Fourcade earned a master’s degree in finance from ESCP Business School and a master’s degree in public administration from I.E.P. Paris (Sciences-Po).
