Mr. Jones’s notable Chapter 11 matters include Omnicare (CVS Health’s $2.5 billion long-term care pharmacy subsidiary), CareMax, and Gulfport Energy. Additional engagements include advising the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, a multibillion-dollar South American vehicle importer and retailer, and a $4.5 billion multinational Tier 1 automotive supplier.
Mr. Jones earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish literature from Colgate University.
