Known for his highly hands-on and collaborative approach, Mr. Agarwal works side by side with portfolio company teams to ensure rapid impact and lasting capability-building. He embeds himself in the transformation, coaching management teams and setting up best-in-class practices, including generative AI–enabled toolkits, that endure well beyond the engagement. Throughout his career, he has partnered with numerous private equity portfolio companies to achieve rapid, sustainable savings—typically exceeding 10% of spend—while simultaneously strengthening procurement maturity. 

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Agarwal held senior leadership roles at Kearney, Accenture Strategy, Efficio, and most recently BCG Inverto, where he served as the global procurement lead for private equity, advising firms and portfolio companies on large-scale procurement transformations and value creation programs. His approach combines near-term EBITDA impact with enduring capability-building, ensuring results last well beyond the initial engagement. He has worked across diverse industries—industrial, healthcare, consumer and retail, and infrastructure—helping management teams identify full savings potential and embed best practices through a pragmatic, collaborative style.

Mr. Agarwal earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering (with distinction) from The University of Manchester and an executive MBA from Bayes Business School, London. A British national, he is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi with a basic level of German and Russian.
