With more than 29 years of experience in accounting, in the past decade Mr. Hogan has specialized in reviewing breach(es) of warranty and quantifying associated losses claimed under transactional insurance policies across Europe, the Middle East, Asia–Pacific, and North America. He has worked across a broad range of industries, with claimed losses ranging from hundreds of thousands to over £100 million. He has also given expert evidence in the High Court in the UK.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hogan spent 14 years with Baker Tilly US (formerly RGL Forensics), where he most recently served as a Managing Director, developing and leading the firm’s Transactional Insurance practice in London. Before that, he predominantly worked in audit, principally involving UK-based small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Mr. Hogan is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Academy of Experts. He has been an expert accountant and valuation panelist at various transactional insurance events.
