Steven McMahon is a Senior Director with Alvarez & Marsal Transaction Advisory Group in San Francisco. He is a member of the Global Transaction Analytics practice, specializing in data analytics for the sale and acquisition of software companies.
Mr. McMahon has worked in client service for over 10 years. Prior to joining A&M, he spent seven years working in Big Four public accounting firms in San Francisco, where he provided audit and assurance services to industry clients and financial due diligence and data analytics to private equity clients. Mr. McMahon has advised on numerous large-scale asset sales and purchases throughout his career, including over 10 transactions with purchase prices over $1 billion.
Mr. McMahon earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of San Diego. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of California.
