Steve Hank

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Hank was the Executive Vice President of Affinaquest, the leading constituent management firm for collegiate athletics and higher education in the U.S. Mr. Hank led the collegiate athletics business unit with a specific focus on client success, services, and strategies for revenue maximization, working with over half of the power conference athletic departments.
Before joining Affinaquest, Mr. Hank spent 14 years in collegiate athletics as Chief Revenue Officer for the University of Texas at Austin and as Associate Athletic Director for Arizona State University (ASU). At the University of Texas at Austin, he transformed fan engagement and spending, leading to a 250% increase in per capita revenue. While at ASU, he led the rebranding program for Sun Devil Athletics, culminating in the launch of the pitchfork logo, and launched the first data warehouse in college athletics. Mr. Hank also taught in the W. P. Carey School of Business MBA program at ASU.
Mr. Hank earned a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from ASU.
