Steve Collins
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Collins served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a national veterinary services organization. He led an enterprise-wide transformation program, spanning electronic medical record and practice management system consolidation, divestiture and integration processes, telecom modernization, security remediation, infrastructure hardening, vendor realignment, and enterprise architecture design. His work included engineering a multiyear value creation plan and improved operating stability across more than 100 locations.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Collins spent 13 years with PwC and Deloitte advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, from diligence through integration. He worked across transactions involving global enterprises, portfolio companies, and carve-outs, including technology assessments, synergy capture planning, and large-scale integration leadership. Mr. Collins has also held CIO and senior technology roles in public and private equity-backed companies across diverse sectors, including medical devices, dental services, veterinary services, digital equipment design, optical systems manufacturing, and industrial production. He has provided diligence work for more than 500 companies and led or supported more than 50 integrations, carve-outs, stand-ups, or winddowns.
Mr. Collins earned a bachelor’s degree in telecommunications from Michigan State University.
