With more than 13 years of insolvency and advisory experience, Mr. Natarajan has undertaken investigations, formulated claims, assisted in litigating these claims, and/or restructured and realised insolvent companies, generating a return to stakeholders.

Mr. Natarajan has worked with clients in various industries, including construction, financial, marine, oil and gas and transportation industry.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Natarajan spent more than 7 years with FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance and Restructuring practice in Singapore, serving most recently as a Senior Director.

Mr. Natarajan earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical (aeronautical) engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and a master’s degree in banking and finance from the University of Sydney. He is fluent in English, Bengali and Hindi and conversant in Bahasa Melayu.
