Sofiya Huzenko

Ms. Huzenko’s notable engagements include handling commercial due diligences on both buy- and sell-side, including vendor due diligence and exit support for a German service player with a complex business model providing services in energy, oil and gas and renewables; developing strategy and operating model for a Middle Eastern industrial R&D and procurement company; and the operational transformation of a U.S. Fortune 500 service provider with 10+ business units across Europe, some of which were divested as a result.
Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Huzenko spent 10 years with McKinsey & Company as a core member of the European Private Capital practice. She handled 30+ commercial due diligences as well as strategy, value creation plans, merger assessment and operational transformations. Ms. Huzenko worked across multiple sectors and geographies with a focus on infrastructure and played an instrumental role in building and leading McKinsey’s transaction excellence centers across Lisbon, Madrid and Dusseldorf with 30+ expert consultants.
Previously, Ms. Huzenko worked with several investment banking boutique firms that were local partners to Rothschild, Royal Bank of Scotland and Royal Bank of Canada. She was involved in execution of M&A and debt financial deals across various sectors.
Ms. Huzenko earned a master’s degree in economics (Honors) from the Kyiv School of Economics. She has passed all three levels of CFA exams.
