Simon Bartletta

Mr. Bartletta has extensive experience approaching complex transformations and ambitious goals with a strategic, analytical, and practical perspective to create lasting and differentiated value. He connects the dots across strategy and execution to push through difficult trade-offs and enable change, with a focus on redesigning operations, organizations, and people models; improving revenue; and developing new business and go-to-market approaches. Mr. Bartletta has deep cost, revenue, and post-merger integration expertise.
Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Bartletta worked at BCG for 24 years, most recently as a Senior Partner & Managing Director. He served as a Senior Leader and core member of BCG’s Financial Institutions, Principal Investors and Private Equity, and People & Organization practice areas. He held leadership roles across BCG’s matrix, including profit and loss ownership (as MD of BCG’s Boston office), client and product go-to-market responsibility (as Leader of Global Asset Management and Securities Servicing segments), and multiple global governance and performance management committee roles. Prior to this, Mr. Bartletta worked at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on large-scale business process reengineering and technology delivery.
Mr. Bartletta earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
