Mr. Chakraburtty brings over 29 years of experience delivering measurable impact across people leadership, transformation, and change management, serving as both a strategic advisor and an enterprise transformation operator. He has deep expertise in driving frontline effectiveness, enterprise performance, operational excellence, market transformation, and change delivery.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Chakraburtty worked at HSBC Singapore, most recently serving as Director, Head of Transformation, and Chief Administrative Officer. Before that, he held senior leadership positions at Citi and ANZ Bank.

Mr. Chakraburtty earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the National Institutes of Technology, India and a master’s degree in management from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi.
