She has also managed the separation of technology systems for a $40 billion global media company.

Prior to A&M, Ms. Rescober was the Founder and Principal of NextFrame Advisors. Before that, she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a Principal at Deloitte. Earlier in her career, she held operating roles at Time Inc., producing three New York Times bestsellers.  

Ms. Rescober earned a bachelor’s degree from New York University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
