Ms. Rescober brings more than 20 years of experience leading large-scale transformations, including post-merger integrations, separations, technology modernization, and cost transformation. She typically serves as the transformation lead, aligning operating models, governance, and execution with business objectives. 

Ms. Rescober works at the intersection of technology, creative, operations, and finance, translating strategy into structured execution and sustained enterprise value. She has supported media and technology organizations, with a growing emphasis on creator-driven models and AI-enabled operating models. 

Ms. Rescober’s notable experience includes leading a $250 million technology and operations modernization program that delivered a 40% reduction in annual operating expense, consolidating more than 20 business units into four regional hubs, and delivering over 20% efficiency gains in revenue operations through process redesign and performance management. She has also managed the separation of technology systems for a $40 billion global media company.

Prior to A&M, Ms. Rescober was the Founder and Principal of NextFrame Advisors. Before that, she was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and a Principal at Deloitte. Earlier in her career, she held operating roles at Time Inc., producing three New York Times bestsellers.  

Ms. Rescober earned a bachelor’s degree from New York University and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
