Mr. Wey brings over eight years of transaction-related experience across various industries, including manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and business services. He has developed deep expertise in several industries, including waste and environmental services; food manufacturing and packaging; professional services; residential and commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services; and network equipment distribution and installation.

Mr. Wey has extensive experience in buy- and sell-side transactions and focuses on advising clients on areas impacting deal value by leveraging his deep expertise in quality of earnings, net working capital, and debt and debt-like analyses and how those impact purchase price mechanics. Throughout the deal life cycle, he provides strategic insights to help clients maximize transaction value.

Mr. Wey has also evaluated both investor and management forecast models, undertaken various operational and financial analyses, performed synergy/cost-savings analysis, and completed carve-out/standalone assessments.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Wey was a Senior Associate with PwC’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory practice in New York. His experience includes working on complex carve-outs and divestitures and advising on initial public offerings.

Mr. Wey earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration (concentration in accounting) from Loyola University Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Maryland.
