With more than 12 years of restructuring experience, Mr. Farrell's primary areas of concentration include business plan preparation and review, cash flow forecasting and liquidity management, debt capacity analysis, operational assessment analysis, and vendor management.

Mr. Farrell has assisted clients in various stages of the restructuring process, including Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings. He has worked with clients across various industries, including manufacturing, energy, mining, retail, automotive and professional services.

Mr. Farrell’s notable clients include Gulfport Energy Corporation, California Resources Company, Westmoreland Coal Company, Arsenal Resources, AFGlobal Corporation, Penn Virginia Corporation for which A&M was awarded Mid-Size Company Transaction of the Year by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) in 2017 and Global A&T Electronics, for which A&M received Large Company Transaction of the Year from the TMA in 2018.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Farrell was a Consultant with a boutique restructuring firm in Chicago.

Mr. Farrell earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University. He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).
