Sale-leaseback refinancing for several large oil and gas production companies that monetized specific assets, as well as provided unique cash flow and tax advantages to the companies. Several of these facilities were cross border.
$25 million+ in annual sale-leaseback financings to one of Canada’s largest construction companies. This facility was an asset-based lease with true residual and off-balance sheet treatment.
$25 million project financing for a significant asset expansion for an oilfield services company.
Multiple ($20 million - $50 million) asset based term financing and acquisition lines. Often these facilities were unique with “stretch” qualities that were advantageous to the industries served.

Specialized in recapitalizing mid market companies with multiple lender consolidations.
