Ms. Hansen has worked across a range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, facility services, business services, retail, and waste management. Her expertise includes analyzing financial statements, quality of earnings, working capital requirements, debt and debt-like items, and KPIs. Additionally, Ms. Hansen assists clients with reviewing and advising on sale and purchase agreements and closing settlements. She has worked on multiple pre-initial public offering (IPO) advisory projects, assisting management with preparation on becoming a public company.  

Prior to joining A&M, Ms. Hansen served with PwC’s Assurance practice in Houston.

Ms. Hansen earned a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree, both in accounting, from Trinity University, San Antonio. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Texas.
